Carrot Cake Recipe!

 Ingredients in the food processor

The cake, jacket potatoes (randomly put in to utilize the heat) and my thermometer

Always stick a toothpick in and if it comes out clean, the cake is ready!

Voila!
So this was what I was busy doing yesterday, while also watching the inauguration of Kenya's 4th President..This cake was easy to make. Anyone can make this just as long as you get your measurements right..

Ingredients:

18 oz Flour
8 oz Sugar
6 oz Grated Carrots
8 oz Margarine
4 Eggs
½ Teaspoon of Mixed Spice
1 Teaspoon  of Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together until it is well mixed. Preheat the oven for 150° C. Bake for 50 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked through using a toothpick.

Icing:

8 oz of cream cheese
6 oz of icing sugar
Orange zest/ Caramelized Strawberries

Mix all ingredients together and apply it on the cake..

Easy right? Have an awesome Wednesday!
